2. EXISTING UTILITIES ARE PLOTTED FROM THE BEST AVAILABLE SOURCES,
HOWEVER, NEITHER THE ENGINEER NOR THE OWNER GUARAN TEE THEIR
ACCURACY. ANY ADDITIONAL COS TS DUE TO CONFLICTS BETWEEN
