Miami-Dade County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the center of Section 3, Township 52 South, Range 42 East,
Miami-Dade County, Florida: thence run North 89"50'55- West along the North line of
the SW 14 of said Section 3 for a distance of 670.26 feet to the Northwest corner
of the East ~ of the Northeast 14 of the Southwest 14 of said Section 3; thence run
South 0-39'25" East along the West line of the East ~ of the Northeast J4 of the
Southwest J4 of said Section 3 for a distance of 1,107.11 feet to a point; thence
run North 89"20'35- East for a distance of 1,597.55 feet to a point; thence run
North 0-39'25" West for a distance of 35.0 feet to the Point of Beginning of the
tract of land herein described; thence continue North 0-39'25- West for a distance of
312.89U feet to the center line of a canal; thence run South 89"56'45- East along
