I. Call to Order. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Janet Laine.
City Clerk Teresa M. Soroka called the roll.

Others present: Community Services Director Robert M. Sherman

II. Approval of Minutes: After motion made by Ms. Crook, seconded by Mr.
Kanowitz and unanimously passed, the minutes of the January 24, 2000 meeting
were approved.
III. Chairman's Report: Ms. Laine requested that Mr. Sherman invite an
appropriate representative from Broward County to a future meeting to discuss
Art in Public Places.
IV. Staff Report: Items discussed included an update on the Arts Festival, softball
and soccer leagues at Founders Park, Spring Fling, TripslTours update and
Founders Day and Founders Ball scheduled for November 2000.
The next meeting date was announced by Mr. Sherman as March 27, 2000 at 10
a.m.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting
adjourned.
