The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Ephraim Weinberg. Members present: Jerry Cohen Janet Laine Gloria Muroff Lenore Toby-Simmons Ephraim Weinberg Pauline Winick Members absent: Amit Bloom Don Gustin Barbara Jonas Alan Lieberman Michael Yavner A motion to approve the minutes of July 29, 2003, August 12, 2003 and September 25, 2003 meetings was offered by Ms. Winick, seconded by Mr. Cohen and unanimously passed. Ms. Simmons suggested that a verbatim record of the September 25, 2003 meeting pertaining to Michael Springs' presentation be prepared for distribution to the Commission Members discussed report to be submitted to the Commission at the November 20, 2003 Workshop meeting. The next meeting was scheduled for November 13, 2003 at 9 a.m. Adiournment There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned. Teresa M.
