BACKGROUND In our continued efforts to provide improved police services to the community, we have initiated a program that all~ ~ws a condominium or homeowners associations to enter into an Agreement with the Git ~ to provide traffic control jurisdiction over a private roadway within the development. This permits the Police Department to conduct traffic enforcement activities on ~rivate property at the request of the owner.
