CITY OF AVENTURA
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
FROM:
Brenda Kelley, In er Com unity Development Direct~
TO: Eric M. Soroka,
DATE: August 31, 1998
SUBJECT: Comp Plan Amendment
The City has received notification of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment application, to
the County, for a parcel of land adjacent to the City. I have attached a copy of the
County staffs recommendation for the request of change of land use designation for
the subject property. Additionally, Michael Snyder has requested that the City address
its position in relation to the request.
I feel we should discuss this application, prior to suggesting the City's position.
