Miss Eagleman has been interested in student government and advocacy and wanted to ask the board to create a process and wanted to give to the board a first-hand account of student feedback. The board discussed the request and advised Miss Eagleman that they did not have the authority to create a student advisor seat on the advisory board, but they could create and add to the agenda Student Communications, and the SGA could vote a representative to come and present to the advisory board at the meetings. The board requested that SGA work with and through the principal to be able to attend and have prepared an agenda of issues they would like to discuss. The board discussed managing the board meetings according to Robert's Rules and how that works. The board also advised Miss Eagleman that the Advisory Board meetings are public meetings, and she is always welcome to attend and give public comment. VII.
