Six students will be attending U Miami as of now and a few have committed to Nova, Barry, Lynn, and FL Tech. • A few students are also planning to attend a state college such as Miami Dade, Santa Fe, or Valencia due to finances or because they want to receive a degree from the college's partner university (i.e. Santa Fe to UF). • We also have a few students who will not be going to college immediately after graduation and instead are either going to serve in Israel, join the Coast Guard, attend pilot school, take a gap year, or are planning to take over a family business. • Many universities have not sent out financial aid packages yet, which has filled this process with additional anxiety for many families. Some colleges have pushed back their decision deadline, which is why a few of our students have not committed yet. • Ms. Nicholson has been meeting with the juniors.
