Wasson, City Manager `=1 DATE: March 10, 2023 SUBJECT: Discussion to Approve the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Purchase of Audio-Visual Upgrades and Lectern for the Executive Conference Room March 16, 2023 City Commission Workshop Agenda RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached request to allow the City Manager to execute an agreement with Innovate Audio Visual Inc., for the purchase of A/V equipment and a lectern to upgrade the Executive Conference Room. BACKGROUND The City Commission authorized this purchase under Resolution 2022-15 (modified on April 5, 2022) which relates to the City's project for the American Rescue Plan grant funding. This project will replace and upgrade the existing speakers, monitors, cameras, lectern, and IT infrastructure inside the Executive Conference Room. This item will be purchased from a competitive bid contract#200904 awarded to Innovate Audio Visual Inc. through The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS).
