FOR THIS PRICE; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO CARRY OUT THE AIMS OF THIS RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROPRIATION AND ALLOCATION OF FUNDS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Action Taken: Approved G. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF AVENTURA, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE SPENDING PLAN APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION AS DETAILED IN RESOLUTION 2022-15 FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF CORONAVIRUS STATE AND LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUNDS FROM THE U.S.DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY UNDER THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA); AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO UTILIZE RECOVERY FUNDS TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL POLICE DEPARTMENT PURCHASES AND AN ENHANCEMENT FOR STORMWATER PROJECT FUNDING; PROVIDING FOR IMPLEMENTATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
