Good morning Darryl. I am following up on my email of November 28 (see below). I have not
received a revised certificate and have now received information from FEMA that this building will
not receive the 15% flood insurance discount for the City's participation in NFIP and will be rated
with lowest floor elevation more than 1 foot below BFE because no flood protection measures are
indicated and we will have the issues of mechanical equipment shown at 0.9 and incorrect
community name and number in B1 and B2. Please advise if this certificate will be revised so I
can advise FEMA.

Subject: Elevation Certificate for GM Atrium LLC
Darryl — I have found one more elevation certificate that requires revision — for GM Atrium LLC,
3131 NE 188 Street, signed by you on September 28, 2007. Again, revise 61 to City of Aventura,
#120676. Also, this certificate shows lowest elevation of equipment at 0.9 where base flood
elevation is 8. Your comment in Section D is that it is located on the bottom of the west elevator
pit. I believe all machinery for these elevators is at the top. Please confirm and if that is the case,
revise your comment to note that there is no electrical or mechanical equipment in this pit.
