I. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m. by Mr. Evans, Chair.

II. Public Comment: None.
III. Approval of Minutes: A motion to approve the minutes of the January 21 , 2015
meeting was offered by Mr. Stern, seconded by Dr. Marks and unanimously passed.
IV. Staff Reports: Mr. Soroka reviewed plans for a new park at NE 188th Street and
discussed the community meeting scheduled for March 12, 2015.
A. Go Green Program: Mr. Sherman reported on the 14 applications
received. An additional application is anticipated from the South Tower at the Point
Condominium Association. which was submitted by the deadline but not received. The
awards will be presented at the City's Arbor Day Event, on April 24, 2015.
A motion to accept the 14 applications received, as well as the one from the South
Tower at the Point Condominium Association as long as it is complete. was offered by
Ms. Aloni, seconded by Mr. Stern and unanimously passed.
B. Founders Day: Mr. Sherman reviewed the list of possible performers, for
the City's 20th Anniversary Event, tentatively scheduled for November 8, 2015. The
Board will review the list and come back with suggestions at the next meeting. Mr.
Sherman will provide a list from the Arts & Cultural Center, with names of additional
performers, if a $10 ticket price was charged.

Mr. Sherman reported on the following other items: Community Garden Update, Movie
Night Dates, Other Upcoming Special Events, Trips and Tours Upcoming Schedule,
Youth Athletics Update, and Shuttle Bus Ridership Update.
Mr. Sherman will provide a list of proposed movies for adults, to be viewed at the Arts &
Cultural Center.
V. New Business: Mr. Sherman will look into National Senior Health & Fitness Day
(May 27th).
The next meeting was scheduled for April 23, 2015 at 3:30 p.m.
VI. Adjournment: There being no further business to come before the Board, a
motion to adjourn was offered by Dr. Marks, seconded by Ms. Aloni and unanimously
passed. The meeting was adjourned at 3:59 p.m.

Note:The client must provide a sound system, a vocal performance microphone and the ability to play backing
tracks on a built in CD player that will run through the main audio sound system. However,we can provide
general sound equipment with an audio engineer at a minimum cost of$500.00
