As -built survey limited to the elevations shown in Section C of the attached FEMA Elevation Certificate. Section A. This document is not to be used for permitting, design or other purposes. 2. All information shown in Section A has been completed by the undersigned. Information shown in Section Al thru A2 is based on information supplied by the client. Information shown in Section A3 is based on the Miami -Dade County Property Appraisers Web Site. Latitude and Longitude shown hereon is based from Google Earth Web Site, accuracies for this website data have been determined to meet the accuracy level of +/- 60 foot as required by FEMA. 3. Information in Section B is based from the FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) as referenced hereon and has been completed by the undersigned. Site location has been scaled and interpolated to plot the location of subject property to determine the flood zone information shown hereon. Map accuracies are based on the accuracy level of the actual map as defined by FEMA. The subject property is within the limits of a pre- determined base flood area as shown on the face of the FIRM map. 4. Field inspection of subject property has determined the following: Subject Structure is a finished three -story retail mall expansion. The top of bottom floor is the first floor retail with pedestrian access from the north side, top of next highest floor is the second floor retail with pedestrian access from the south. There is no access to the bottom floor from the south, there is access to the second floor from the north by way of an overpass from the adjacent parking garage. Adjacent to east side of subject building is the existing mall structure and adjacent to west side is a newly constructed Nordstrom building. Lowest equipment found on the subject property Section C2.e) refers to the concrete slab for an emergency generator. Also noted 1) was the bottom of the elevator pit within the building, elevation = 3.4. No equipment servicing the building is located in this area. 2) Finished floor of the electric switch room at elevation = 7.3. 3) Trench drain in the loading dock area near the northwest building corner, elevation = 3.6. Photos have been taken to reflect outside conditions at date of inspection /survey. 5. Elevations shown hereon are base on the National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 (NGVD 29) and are referenced to the following listed Miami -Dade County Benchmark as published and accepted by Miami -Dade County Public Works Department. Benchmark has been referenced to at least 2 other published County /City Benchmarks for accuracy verification. Elevation certificate is based on the Miami -Dade County benchmark name: E205, locator number: 1225SW, described as a PK nail and brass washer in concrete sidewalk, 35' north of the centerline of N.E. 207 Street and 60' east of the centerline of N.E. 30 Avenue, Elevation = 6.85. Bench run elevations used for this certification meet the requirements for the National Geodetic Survey Standards for a Third Order Vertical Survey and is based on a closed loop level run. Closure in feet is accurate to a standard of plus or minus .05 ft. times the square root of the distance in miles. Vertical data shown hereon was obtained utilizing a "Leica NA- series" differential auto - level. 6. Sections E.
