Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 3:15 p.m. Members present: City Manager Eric M. Soroka Sandi Jo Gordon Benjamin Sens Marina Wecksler Member absent: Mayor Susan Gottlieb 2. Approval of Minutes: A motion to approve the April 30, 2014 minutes was offered by Mr. Sens, seconded by Ms. Gordon and unanimously passed. 3. Public Comments: None. 4. Review of Call to Artists RFP for Public Art at AACC or Government Center: Mr. Soroka advised the Board that the City had not received any responses to the RFP for Public Art. Motion was made by Mr. Soroka, seconded by Ms. Gordon and unanimously passed to eliminate paragraph 5 on page 12 of the RFP eliminating the requirement that the artists be from the adjacent four-county area and to amend the time for response to 45 days. 5. Old Business: None. 6. New Business: The next meeting was scheduled for August 14, 2014 at 10 a.m. to review the qualifications of the review panel members. 7. Adjournment: There being no further business to come before the Board, after motion made, seconded and unanimously passed, the meeting was adjourned. Teresa M.
