Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Jonathan Evans at 11:00 a.m. Members present: Ruthe Cohen Jonathan Evans Jaquelina Levy Hara Julie Israel Members Absent: Julie Shapiro Gary Pyott II. Approval of Minutes: A motion to approve the minutes of the March 5, 2012 meeting was offered by Ms. Israel, seconded by Ms. Cohen and unanimously passed. III. Staff Reports: Community Services Director Robert M. Sherman discussed the following: Combining the branding and marketing of the Senior Trips and Tours programs, summary of past events and programs and upcoming programs; to increase attendance and sustainability of senior programs, Summer Camp, Independence Day, Veterans Day, Founders Day and Go Green Program. The next meeting was scheduled for September 6, 2012 at 11 a.m. IV. Adjournment: There being no further business to come before the Board, after motion made, seconded and unanimously passed, the meeting was adjourned at 11:15 a.m. Teresa M.
