I RESOLUTION NO. 2001-60 I I A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF AVENTURA, FLORIDA APPROVING THE "AVENTURA BAY VILLAS" PLAT, BEINGLA PLAT OF A PORTION OF LAND IN THE SOUTH Y4 OF rrHE SOUTH Y4 OF FRACTIONAL SECTION 3, TOWNSH'P 52 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST AND PORTIONS OF LAND IN THE SOUTH ¥2 OF THE SOUTH ¥2 OF FRACTlqNAL SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 52 SOUTH, RANGE 42 E~ST, CITY OF AVENTURA, MIAMI-DADE COUNTY. FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the applicant, Aventura Bay Villas, a: Florida Corporation, by and through Application No. 08-SUB-O1, has requested Final Plat approval for "Aventura Bay Villas", being a plat of a portion of land in the S 'A of ~he S 'A of Fractional Section 3, Township 52 South, Range 42 East and portions of land in the S ¥2 of the S ¥2 of Fractional Section 3, Township 52 South, Range 42 East, ~ity of Aventura, Miami-Dade County, Florida, the Final Plat being incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Resolution as Exhibit #1; and WHEREAS, the City Commission heard, review~d and duly considered the reports, findings and recommendations of the City Administration, and finds that the Final Plat approval is in the best interests of the citizens of~ the City of Aventura. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE QITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF AVENTURA, FLORIDA, THAT: Section 1. The Final Plat approval for "AventuraiBay Villas", more particularly described in Exhibit #2 attached to this resolution, is hereby granted exclusively to the Applicant. Section 2. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the face of the Plat. Resolution No. 2001-~ Page 2 Section 3. This Resolution shall be recorded in ~he Public Records of Miami- Dade County, Florida, with the petitioner to pay the costs t~ereof. Section 4. This Resolution shall become eff~ctive immediately upon its adoption. The foregoing Resolution was offered by Commissiþner Rogers-Libert, who moved its adoption.
