RE: Curtain Up!
October 2, 211
Dear:
We are most excited to advise you of our plans to make "Curtain Up" an annual event at the
Aventura Arts & Cultural Center. This year's open house will take place on Sunday, October
2nd, 2011, from 12:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. Again, this will be a free event, open to the public,
showcasing the upcoming season at AACC. On behalf of the City of Aventura and the Aventura
Arts & Cultural Center Advisory Board, it is my pleasure to invite you to participate in this year's
"Curtain Up ".
Entertainment will be taking place in 20 minute segments on the main stage and the outdoor
stage, with a variety of arts oriented activities for all ages. In addition to the performances, we
will provide table space for any company to display your literature as well as your 2011 -2012
performance schedules. Each company will need to provide support to staff the table, if you
choose to display materials.
We will appreciate your taking a few minutes to fill out the enclosed form by our deadline date of
August 15th, 2011, or before (per the instructions on the Participant's Form).
Once again it is our pleasure to work with you for a mutually beneficial relationship and we look
forward to hearing from you.
With warmest personal regards,
Gloria Muroff
